AmaWaterways has dramatically expanded its no-fly river cruise offering for 2021. Eleven additional cruise itineraries are now offered with rail connections from the UK, meaning guests who wish to travel by train can now choose from a total of 15 cruises along the Rhine, Moselle, French rivers and Dutch and Belgian waterways.

Among the itineraries added to the no-fly programme are ‘Captivating Rhine’ (Amsterdam to Basel), ‘Impressions of the Seine and Paris’ (Paris to Le Havre) and ‘Essence of Burgundy and Provence’ (Chalon-sur Saône to Arles).
To celebrate the launch of the expanded programme, AmaWaterways are offering free standard class return rail travel on selected 2021 departures. Overseas private return transfers from train station to ship are also included. The majority of services operate direct from London St. Pancras or with only one change. Upgrades to Standard Premier are available from £99 per person.

The lead-in price for the no-fly programme is £2,104 per person for a seven night ‘Tulip Time’ itinerary from Amsterdam including free rail travel & overseas transfers (Based on the 18th March 2021 departure on AmaSiena).
Among the new itineraries added to the no-fly programme is the ‘Rhine Castles & Swiss Alps’ cruise departing on 16 November 2021 on AmaLucia. Fares start from £2,335 per person (category E stateroom) including free rail travel & overseas transfers.
The free rail offer is valid on selected departures booked by 30 September 2020.
All AmaWaterways cruises include full board, wine, beer and soft drinks with meals, a choice of excursions & unlimited wifi.
