As cruising kick starts this summer, Cunard have announced over 40 new voyages commencing in 2021 and 2022, some of which are sailing from Southampton. These “Overseas Escapes” will range from 2-night sailings to 40-night voyages with more than 49 destinations on offer.

What is on offer?

In November 2021, Queen Mary 2 will resume her transatlantic crossings, sailing from Southampton to New York. This will be followed by short breaks in Western Europe and 3 winter voyages to the Caribbean.

In contrast, Queen Victoria will begin her return (in April 2022) with 3 new round trips from Southampton, visiting destinations such as Copenhagen, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Tallinn and St Petersburg.

Queen Elizabeth will spend the Summer touring the British coastline before embarking on a series of new cruises sailing from Southampton. Her destinations will include Western Europe, the Iberian Coast and the Atlantic Islands with ports such as Lisbon, Funchal and Malaga on offer. She will then trade the Med and Atlantic Islands in February 2022 for Asia, sailing from Southampton to Dubai before resuming her scheduled programme in April.

These “Overseas Escapes” itineraries go on sale July 21, 2021, at 2pm.
